Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only if:

You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate order)

You experienced a technical issue preventing access that cannot be resolved

A product link was never delivered

Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions (Student or Expert tiers in ZuVerse):

Are non-refundable once access begins

Can be canceled anytime to stop future charges

Remain active until the end of the current billing period
Chargebacks & Unauthorized Claims
Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks will result in:

Account suspension

Loss of access to digital products

Denial of future purchases
