Digital Products & Online Services

ZuDiRa Production operates as a digital-first company. All products sold through Shopify or Wix are:

• Digital downloads

• Audio/visual content

• E-books

• Journals

• Educational materials

• Exclusive member content

No physical products are shipped.

Once a digital product is purchased, delivery occurs via:

• Instant download

• Email link

• Account access

• ZuVerse platform access

Intellectual Property

All content on our websites and platforms—including logos, branding, videos, designs, programs, copywriting, and digital products—is owned by ZuDiRa Production LLC.

You may not:

• Resell

• Distribute

• Reproduce

• Publish

• Share digital access links

• Use content for commercial gain without permission

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on any ZuDiRa platform (including ZuVerse), you are responsible for:

• Protecting your login credentials

• Maintaining accuracy of your information

• All activity under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

Payment & Billing

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers including:

• Shopify Payments

• PayPal

• Stripe

• Shop Pay

We do not store full payment information on our servers.

Prices may change at any time. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

Subscriptions & Memberships

If you purchase a ZuVerse Healer or Seer tier (future feature):

• You will receive the features listed at the time of purchase

• You may cancel anytime

• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges

• Membership access ends at the completion of the billing cycle

Blockchain, Web3, and ZiMa Ecosystem

When connecting through Freename domains or blockchain-enabled features:

• Wallet addresses may be publicly visible

• You are responsible for entering correct wallet information

• Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed

• We are not liable for lost tokens due to user error

Our digital content, educational materials, spiritual teachings, or habit-building programs are not medical, psychological, or financial advice.

All transformation or business outcomes depend on personal effort and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

ZuDiRa Production LLC is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions

• Loss of data

• Unauthorized account access due to user negligence

• Blockchain transaction errors

• Business, personal, or spiritual outcomes resulting from content use

• Third-party service issues (Shopify, Wix, Freename, payment providers)

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Abuse digital access

• Engage in fraud

• Disrupt platform operations

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where ZuDiRa Production LLC is registered.
